The 100-Day Experiment: Can Thinking Rich Really Create Wealth?
Day 3: Shifting My Wealth Mindset
Napoleon Hill once said, “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” I’ve heard it so many times before—wealth starts in the mind long before it shows up in reality. If I want to change my financial situation, I need to start by shifting my wealth mindset.
But lately, I’ve been asking myself… do I really believe that?
And the truth is—I do. But I haven’t always acted like I do.
I try my best to catch myself when I say things like, “I have no money!” or “I can’t afford it.” Because every time I do, I’m not just stating facts—I’m telling myself, and even telling God, that I am poor and that I can’t afford the life I want. And the more I speak lack into my life, the more lack finds its way to me.
So now, I choose to shift. Instead of seeing things as out of reach, I pause. I acknowledge my financial capacity in the present moment, and if something isn’t for me right now, I simply tell myself, “Not yet.” But more importantly, I give myself permission to dream on—to be excited about the possibility of doing something grand for myself and my family, even if I have no idea how to make it happen yet.
Show me the money!!! 💸 Yes, that too. But I also know there is an unlimited supply that God can and will provide if I truly desire something and believe it’s possible.
I know that the way I think about money shapes the way money moves in my life. When I focus on possibilities, I start to see opportunities everywhere. When I trust in abundance, doors I never noticed before start to open.
📌 Abundance Affirmation to Reinforce My Shift:
“Money flows to me with ease. I always have more than enough for what I need and desire.”
📌 What I’m Taking Into Tomorrow:
I’ll keep being mindful of how I speak about money. My words create my reality. I’ll choose words that expand opportunities, not limit them. Because in the end, wealth isn’t just what’s in my bank account—it’s what’s in my mindset.
